What we do at DrMzi

“I have worked for 26 years. I have done big things, achieved many things. I now need to do a few, small but impactful things…”  Dr. Mzi Nduna, January 2021

We have extensive experience with research, training, workshop and meeting facilitation. Our facilitation style is engaging, aptly paced to meet the needs of participants with different backgrounds and at different levels of understanding of the subject matter. We have access to diverse facilitation skills and tools, and we mix these to suit our client/partner’s objectives for the intervention.

"I am still learning a lot, I am still going strong. I am meeting so many different people; immersing myself into so many different experiences. Learning when it is the right time to lend my voice and the right time to lend my ear." Oyama Tshona, May 2021

We specialize in assessment and evaluation research. We work with our partners to develop, implement and conduct internal evaluation of interventions and projects. We also undertake external evaluation of interventions and completed projects. We provide external support and training to research teams/departments or firms.

“It is a great opportunity, very interesting and incredible to work on Human Rights, especially in the space of SRHR and GBV. I am learning a lot from DrMzi team and its partners” Lutukela Nduna November 2021
