Summary of Job duties:

  • Provide admin, coordination and logistics support
  • Schedule meetings, draft agendas and write reports
  • Cloud-based records keeping
  • Coordinate document management (reprographics, typing, etc.)
  • Participate in field work and/or desktop data compilation
  • Transcription and translation of recorded audio
  • Join the training team as and when required
  • Contribute to report writing and presentation

Employment duration: This is a 12-month contract, renewable contingent on availability of projects.
Remuneration: R5000 pm
